Daily Forest Terms of Service
Effective: 8 November 2026
1. Agreement
By signing in to or playing Daily Forest at dailyforest.io (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is run by Alfian Bambang Yuliato, Cimahi, Bandung, Jawa Barat, Indonesia ("we").
2. Who may play
- You must be at least 18 years old. Players under 18 may not create an account or play.
- You may not use the Service where the law forbids it.
3. Accounts
- You sign in with a wallet or as a guest.
- A guest account lives in your browser. Clearing cookies or losing the device may lose it, and we may be unable to restore it. Link a wallet in Option > Account to keep it safe.
- A wallet-linked account opens only with that wallet. Keep your seed phrase safe. We cannot recover a lost wallet and will never ask for it.
- Accounts cannot be merged.
- One person may own only one account that uses DF features.
- You are responsible for everything done on your account.
4. Rules of play
You must not:
- use bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers or third-party programs that play for you;
- run multiple accounts to funnel rewards, items or currency into one account;
- exploit bugs. Report them instead;
- sell, buy or rent accounts, characters, items or in-game currency outside the game for money or anything else;
- scam, impersonate the Daily Forest team, or ask other players for their seed phrase or personal data;
- harass, threaten, post hate speech, sexual content, spam or advertising in chat or character names;
- disrupt the servers, attempt to hack them, or access data that is not yours.
5. Enforcement
- We watch play patterns to keep the game fair (see the Privacy Policy).
- Violations are handled in steps: a warning, feature limits, a chat mute, a temporary suspension, then account closure.
- We may take back items, currency or rewards gained by breaking these Terms, including Founding Villager perks.
- You may appeal to admin@dailyforest.io within 14 days. A human reviews every appeal.
6. In-game items and currency
- Daun, items, gear, pets, cosmetics and other game content are a limited licence to use inside the game. They are not your property and have no monetary value.
- Daun cannot be exchanged or withdrawn for money.
- We may change, rebalance or remove game content for the health of the game, and will try to give notice of major changes.
- Cosmetics from rewards, events or the Founding Villager perks are bound to the account and cannot be traded.
7. Pet gacha
- The odds of every gacha result are published in the wiki and in the game before you pull.
- Gacha uses in-game currency.
8. DF and blockchain features
The DF features (deposits, the prize pool and withdrawals) are not active yet. Their terms will be published here before they are switched on. Until then, nothing in the game asks you to deposit or promises any earnings.
9. Purchases
- Premium shop and Guardian Card purchases are final and non-refundable, unless the law requires otherwise or a technical error on our side occurred.
- Purchases are cosmetic or convenience only and never sell power.
10. Availability
- The Service is provided "as is".
- There may be maintenance, outages, or data loss beyond our control.
- Routine maintenance is planned for 03:00–05:00 WIB and announced in the game.
- We may change or end the Service. A permanent shutdown will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
11. Intellectual property
- The game, code, name and logo of Daily Forest are ours.
- Some art is used under licence from its creators, including EmanuelleDev (itch.io) and wulin240. The full list is on the Credits page.
- You may make videos, streams and screenshots of Daily Forest, including monetised ones, as long as you do not imply you are the official team.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of virtual items, or losses caused by:
- a lost wallet;
- third parties (X, wallet providers, blockchain networks);
- your own breach of these Terms.
Our liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 3 months.
13. Closing your account
You can delete your account in Option > Account > Delete account, or ask at admin@dailyforest.io. Deletion takes effect after a 30-day waiting period and is cancelled if you sign in again during it. An account with a DF balance or a DF transaction in progress, or that leads a guild, cannot be deleted yet. We may close accounts that break these Terms after the process in section 5.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first settled amicably. If that fails, they go to the Cimahi District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Cimahi).
15. Changes
We may change these Terms. Important changes are announced at least 7 days before they take effect. If you keep playing after a change takes effect, you accept it.
